The US does not have a federal right to repair law (yet). Dozens of state R2R laws have been defeated by a coalition led by Apple, Deere, Google and Wahl. The Biden Admin's EO on repair is great, but can be overturned by the next administration (EOs are intrinsically brittle that way).
